The “Packard Model 191 Single Six Runabout (1922)” was listed as a two-passenger vehicle; no rumble seat was offered.<\/p>\n

In 1922 the model was completely revised: The engine had a piston stroke of 127 mm, which meant a displacement of 4,398 cm\u00b3. This resulted in 54 hp (39.7 kW) at 2,700 rpm. The clutch had nine discs to safely transmit the highest engine power. There were chassis with a wheelbase of 3,200 mm or 3,378 mm and several bodies with two to seven seats.<\/p>\n

The models were named after their wheelbases in inches, i.e. 1921\/1922 as model 116 and 1922\/1923 as models 126 and 133. Together with the 1924 “Single Eight” model they formed the 1st series, a numbering that lasted until 1953 (26th series).<\/p>\n
