Auf dem Genfer Automobilsalon 2007 konnte das Publikum den au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlichen Abarth Grande Punto S2000 bewundern. Es handelte sich um einen f\u00fcr Rallye-Wettbewerbe konzipierten Rennwagen, bei dem die Rennabteilung von Fiat Racing mit Giandomenico Basso und seinem Navigator Mitia Dotta an der italienischen Rallye-Meisterschaft 2007 teilnahm. Davide Gatti, Gewinner der Fiat Abarth International Trophy 2006, startete am Steuer eines offiziellen Fiat Grande Punto R3D mit Dieselmotor. International startete der Grande Punto Abarth S2000 in der IRC (Intercontinental Rally Challenge) mit den Piloten Andrea Navarra, seinem Navigator Guido D’Amore sowie den jungen Umberto Scandola und Anton Alen.<\/p>\n

Das Rennteam von Abarth & C. Spa wurde von Claudio Berro geleitet.<\/p>\n

Der Abarth Grande Punto S2000 wurde von einem angesaugten 2000 cc 270 PS starken Allradmotor angetrieben, dem Nachfolger der Version, die mit Paolo Andreucci und Anna Andreussi den Titel der Italienischen Rallye-Meisterschaft 2006 gewann und damit 7 der 11 Rennen im Programm gewann. Auch die hervorragende Saison seiner Kollegen Andrea Navarra und Guido Guido D’Amore, die den dritten Platz belegten, sollten wir nicht vergessen. Giandomenico Basso und Mitia Dotta gewannen den Europameistertitel und die International Rally Challenge.<\/p>\n

Seit ihrem Deb\u00fct hat sich die Wettbewerbsversion als unschlagbar erwiesen, unabh\u00e4ngig von der Art der Strecke und des Gel\u00e4ndes. Und wir m\u00fcssen betonen, dass die 15 gebauten Autos von mehreren Teams in Europa und anderswo in Auftrag gegeben wurden, um an nationalen und internationalen Rallyes teilzunehmen. Dank dieser technologischen und kompetitiven \u00dcberlegenheit konnte der Grande Punto Abarth S2000 mit gro\u00dfer Entschlossenheit und Entschlossenheit an beiden Meisterschaften teilnehmen.<\/p>\n
