\"Oakland<\/a><\/p>\n

L\u00e4ngere, niedrigere Fisher-Karosserien mit einem einzigen Breitband-Formteil wurden auf dem 1931er Oakland-Chassis montiert. <\/p>\n

Sie waren \u00e4hnlich wie Pontiac-K\u00f6rper, aber der Radstand war f\u00fcnf Zoll l\u00e4nger als Pontiac. <\/p>\n

Zu den Styling-Merkmalen geh\u00f6rten V-Heizk\u00f6rper mit verchromten Gittern, vollst\u00e4ndige einteilige Kronenkotfl\u00fcgel, eine gebogene Scheinwerferverbindungsstange und Blinkleuchten auf dem Kotfl\u00fcgel. <\/p>\n

Zur Serienausstattung geh\u00f6ren einteilige vordere und hintere Sto\u00dff\u00e4nger und Schutzvorrichtungen (zu etwas h\u00f6heren Preisen), ein vibrierendes Horn an der vorderen Kotfl\u00fcgelankerstange, ein Kadettenvisier, ein automatischer Scheibenwischer, ein blendfreier R\u00fcckspiegel, ein verstellbarer Fahrersitz, nat\u00fcrlich verarbeitete Jaxon-Holzspeichenr\u00e4der und Lovejoy-Hydrauliksto\u00dfd\u00e4mpfer.<\/p>\n

Die Produktion des Oakland Modell 301 Modelljahres (Ende 8. Oktober 1931) belief sich auf 13.408 Fahrzeuge.<\/p>\n

MOTOR<\/strong>: V-8. Durchmesser und Hub: 3-7\/16 x 3-3\/8 Zoll. Verschiebung: 4.111 cc. Leistung: 85 bis 3400 U\/min. Verdichtungsverh\u00e4ltnis: 5,0:1. Wassergek\u00fchlt. TECHNISCH: Neues synchronisiertes Getriebe, neuer Fahrgestellrahmen mit 2-1\/8 Zoll breiten und 5-1\/2 Zoll Kanaltiefenflanschen.<\/p>\n

Radstand<\/strong>: 2970 mm. Reifen; 28 x 5,50 Zoll, montiert auf 45-Speichen-Rad Corp. Motorspeichenr\u00e4der mit semi-slip-f\u00e4higen Basisfelgen. <\/p>\n

Bremsen<\/strong>: Trommelbremsen mit einem Durchmesser von 13 Zoll. Hinterachs\u00fcbersetzung: 4,55:1 (\u00fcberarbeitet auf 3,90:1 nach Juni 1931).<\/p>\n

HISTORISCH<\/strong>: Nach den deprimierenden Verk\u00e4ufen des Modells 301 von 1931 und den anhaltenden Auswirkungen der Weltwirtschaftskrise wurde die Oakland Motor Div. Mitte 1932 nicht mehr von der Pontiac Motor Co. absorbiert, sondern Anfang des Jahres auf der New York Motor Show nur noch Modelle mit dem Namensschild Pontiac gezeigt, von denen einige Oaklands mit ge\u00e4nderten Namen waren.<\/p>\n
